So not sure where the month of April went... Easter weekend came and went... we had a wonderful Easter and so relaxing... had Fast and Prayer in the morning of Good Friday and then we hid the kiddos baskets.... I so don't want the children growing up and thinking that Easter is all about baskets filled with candy and eggs and stuff... so we had a time off ready and talking about the true meaning of Easter...
and this little charmer keeps getting cuter and cuter.. he now thinks he can carry a conversation and totally goes off.. he totally has us all wrapped........
He thinks every day should just be a big ole party....
He loves being on the floor watching his brothers play or fight whatever they do...:)
and he somehow moves himself around on his stomach...
Loves his stroller rides....

and the search begins
Spent Easter Sunday at my sisters house, My mom and Dad joined us to.. had brunch and then just sat around and talked... hitched the pony up for the kids in the evening, I'm not sure who enjoyed it more.. my Dad or the kids...:) oh such a fun day!!!!!
The Friday after Easter weekend, April 25, my sisters husband was ordained Deacon in there church... talk about mixed emotions... on one hand we know its an honor.. but it's also a big responsibility ..... my sister said at least we still all have each other... and I think with having to bury one of her children the giving up part just don't look as hard... even tho they don't wanna look at it as a little thing but rather a Honor... and I'm sure they will have times when they feel overwhelmed and like the mountain looks huge, but God is bigger...
So we planted Garden...
Went flower shopping on Monday with all my sisters.. which is always a fun day...
got all my flowers in there pots and oh so cheery....since I only do pots and don't plant any annuals in my flower beds it don't take long to plant... and I got my hummingbird feeders out and the first nite seen a hummer at the feeder.. I was so excited.. last evening was watering my flowers right beside the feeder and the hummer graced me with his presence, I'm saying about 10 inches from my head I froze :) then today I happen to look out the window at the right time and seen one of the cats making a meal out of my little friend... I pretty much blew my top.... we had a real conversation about these cats and the birds that make there home in our yard.... we even had Daddy running after a few cats with the broom...:)
The kids have decided to make a little area down in the woods and have spent a lot of there time the past week down there... I love it and love when the use there imagination.. Annalisa even wants to make riding trails for her pony...

I can just see the color of there cloths.. but the have to be able to see the house.. they went to far if they cant see the house...
we have Track and field at school tomorrow and I'm hoping it won't rain, the next two weeks will be busy with end of year things at school...
